Follow today’s news live</p><p><strong>Deputy opposition leader stands by Sussan Ley</strong></p><p><strong>Ted O’Brien,</strong> the deputy leader of the opposition, said while it’s been a “tough week” for the Coalition following another split with the Nationals, he doesn’t believe there will be a leadership spill.</p><p>At the end of the day, the country is best served by a Liberal-National Coalition. … I don’t believe there will be any change.
