<p>As federal agents target families, teens are left to care for siblings – from accessing bank accounts to medical records</p><p>Vilma Cruz, a mother of two, had just arrived at her newly leased <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/louisiana">Louisiana</a> home when <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ice-us-immigration-and-customs-enforcement">federal agents</a> surrounded her vehicle in the driveway.
