TSA unveils new fee for travelers without Real ID

Beginning February 1, travelers without a Real ID, passport or other accepted form of identification will have to pay a $45 fee to get through airport security. A Real ID is a federally compliant state driver's license or identification card. CBS News MoneyWatch reporter Megan Cerullo has more.
