<p>Andy McDonald, a shadow cabinet minister under Jeremy Corbyn and under Starmer until 2021, said Peter Mandelson ‘should go immediately’</p><p><strong>Mike Tapp</strong>, who only joined the government at the weekend as migration minister, was doing the interview round on behalf of No 10 this morning. He was there to promote <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/news/record-numbers-of-visa-sponsor-licences-revoked-for-rule-breaking">an announcement</a> from the Home Office about employers abusing the work visa system, but inevitably he spent most of his time talking about Peter Mandelson.</p><p>Tapp was effective at expressing his horror at the messages that have been published from Mandelson to Jeffrey Epstein.
